CANCELLATION POLICY
It is my goal to provide the best services possible to you and all of my other clients as well. With respect to that I will be having a cancellation and no-show policy along with a late arrival. For Cancellations, I ask that you give me a minimum of 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of price of the service. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to rebook. For no shows, you will be charged 70% of price of service. If you no show after a third time, you will no longer be able to book with me. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of my other clients as well. I will respect yours in return!
